-Noel-

When a monster you control is targeted by an opponent's Trap Card: You can inflict 100 damage to your opponent. When your opponent activates a Trap Card: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it, and if you do that, inflict 100 damage to your opponent. 100 dmg looks random as s***, cept that it's exactly Shingo's remaining Life
newhat
The second effect is rad as hell. Lightsworn support.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
On-field effect is horrible, but in-grave effect is dangerous. As already mentioned, milling it would make it good, though drawing it would suck.
玄魔の王
GOTTA GET THAT 100 DAMAGE IN! ...Seriously, they couldn't be Assed to use a real number?
evilfusion
Yes...this card is bizarre. The Continuous effect is mediocre beyond belief, as a mere 100 burn if your monsters get targeted by Traps isn't going to be doing anything at all. But the Graveyard effect is better, despite the illogical nature. One of the reasons that most cards that activate from the Graveyard are Traps is because activating a Trap's effect from the Graveyard is Spell Speed 2. This is a Continuous Spell, so it should be considered activating a Spell Speed 1 effect, yet it explicitly functions as a Spell Speed 2+ effect. That said, a Graveyard Trap negator that deals the random 100 burn is still pretty nice.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Oh hai. Sorry I'm walking in late. I wait until I've watched the sub before looking. Plot device card that is odd as hell, but graveyard negations are awesome. Anime is completely obsessed by exact 0 LP finishes all the time. If kept IRL for flavour the 100 LP damage would just be for an extra deliberately annoying 'Oh BTW' thing, just as a mocking little slap when you've negated their crucial Mirror Force or something. Like when you're playing Worms and you get prodded off a cliff for the victory. Yeah... this card is like that.
