·Toot
Activate this card by targeting 1 monster on each side of the field; banish those targets. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Return those banished monsters to the field in the same battle positions they were in. I was using this in fortune ladies a while back. (Fortune Ladies ftw) It's a pretty good side. I kinda think this is a little underrated. It's a nice stall and it's great for breaking Xyz. Even if it's MsT'd next turn. :P
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
The thing is that it isn't permanent, is an overall -1, and Spells like Smashing Ground or so can remove threats easily enough most of the time without the drawbacks that this has. And people don't even run Smashing Ground.
Wildflame
I still play it in Fortune Ladies. Can't really think of anything else that would like to play this. Maybe in an aggressive Macro deck with Necroface and Scout Plane?
Lonk
Play it with Mist Valley Falcon. It now becomes 0 removal every turn.
evilfusion
Play it with Mist Valley Falcon. It now becomes 0 removal every turn. But you have to banish one of your own monsters every time you play this.

AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
And then it gets killed by a random tumbleweed since 800 isn't going to let it live until the next turn.
evilfusion
So...you're running Mist Valley Falcon, DD Gate, and Scout Plane in the same Deck for the sole purpose of permanently banishing your opponent's monsters, provided Scout Plane survives your opponent's turn? I'd think Falcon and Safe Zone would combo more effectively.
