Dark Luster Executioner - Envoy of Destruction (The new envoy)

So, I wanted to make this card, and once it was done... I had to start nerving it down. Horribly. I still consider it OP, but I doubt it'd see much play anyways (mainly because his summoning conditions alone are pretty hard). 

 
So, that is the card itself. Lore: When this card is Xyz Summoned, banish your entire graveyard. This card gains ATK equal to the amount of cards banished by this effect x100. 

Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Banish all cards in your hand and all monsters your opponent controls. Your opponent can then draw cards up to half the amount of monsters banished (rounded up). You cannot conduct your battle phase during the turn you activated this effect. If this card destroys a monster by battle, banish it. If this card has no Xyz Materials attached to it, destroy it. This card cannot gain Xyz Materials.

 

 

The point is it's a more powerful (even more) version of BLS and CED. Which results in this powerhouse. With originals at 3500 + 100 per card in your graveyard at the time of his summon, you'll probably be looking at a rough ~4000 to 4500ATK. 

His weakness would be cards like Galaxy-eyes, or anything else that detaches XYZ materials, as he insta-destroys himself + he cannot re-attach units. (my way of nerving him)

I can see this having some sort of play, but not very actively. It's effect is quite powerful for it's rank, maybe have a slight downside to it. But overall to me, seems good. But like I say before, I can rarely see this get much play. 8/10  :)
