Add the rainbow effect to make it a Super Rare.

 

Lore:

Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, if a card(s) you control is destroyed by a card effect: You can banish 1 card from your deck face down. During your draw phase instead of conducting your normal draw: You can add 1 face-down banished card to your hand. When this card leaves the field: Draw 1 card. You can only control 1 "Comet of Wishes."

 

What do you think about this card. Can this card be abused?

The main thing I see here is that this card interacts with other forms of face-down banishment. Phantom Hand, for example (though that's a bad example).

Face-down banishment interacts with basically nothing. The player who banished their card(s) face-down can look at those cards at any time.

 

This is slow enough that its search effect doesn't seem problematic, but it's way too sticky. Leaving an ace card face-down sucks but one protective effect or the other would be sufficient.

I instantly thought of Jirachi when I saw this, but anyway, it's a great card.

This card is useful if someone destroyed DDC, but that's actually about all I can see it interact with. (except itself, of course) 

Seems like an ok card. I guess.
