This was originally going to be a 1 on 1 entry but decided it didn't meet the requirements of 'Generic' So decided to post here instead. I have used this image a long time ago for a completely unrelated effect but liked it so much I am using it again.

 

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand when there is 3 or more face-down Defense Position monsters on the field. When this card is summoned, change it to Defense Position. When a Beast-Type monster you control would be destroyed in battle, you can flip it into face-down Defense Position instead. Increase your opponent's Life Points by 1000 each time you use this effect. Once per turn you can Tribute 1 face-down monster you control to Special Summon 1 Level 6 or below Beast-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your field in face-up Defense Position. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all face-down Defense Position monsters you control.

Its Summoning condition is very hard to satisfy in a Beast Deck. Maybe there's some combo it can perform in Ghostricks, but the drawback of killing all your Set monsters when it dies is terrible and makes it not worth the risk.

Its Special Summoning condition might be a bit hard, however keep in mind that it is an optional way to summon it; you can also Normal Summon/Set it, or Special Summon it with cards like "Shining Angel". 

 

 

Cards I can think of which might work quite nicely alonside this card, include: "Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter", "Baby Raccoon Tantan", "Hane-Hane" and "Dark Cat with White Tail". Those Flip-effect monsters can keep using their effect, each time the opponent tries to destroy them. The downsides on the other hand are:

• The opponent can gain a huge amount of life points;
• This card has no way to protect itself;
• Destroying all face-down cards when it leaves the field.

Those negatives make me think this card is underwhelming at best. I would suggest to make it impossible for your opponent to target this card for an attack, while you control a face-down monster, and/or remove the effect which destroys all Set monsters you control upon leaving the field.

 

As for the artwork, it reminds me a bit about "White Magician Pikeru" / "Princess Pikeru"; both have pink hair and sheep. Furthermore they are LIGHT Spellcatser-Type monsters, with an effect involving gaining Life Points.
