Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) while you have 5 or more FIRE Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can pay 800 Life Points and banish this face-up card until the End Phase: shuffle all cards on the field into the Deck, then your opponent can banish 1 card from their Graveyard, and if they do, your opponent draws 2 cards. During the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated:This card loses 800 ATK.

1. It should read 5 FIRE attribute Dragon-type Monsters (because its impossible to have more then 5 monsters on your side)
2. You should have another draw back for him being brought back to the field, like being Summoned in defense position or maybe losing ATK or something

1. It can be Special Summoned while you have 5 or more monsters in your Graveyard, not on the field.

Let me fix this:

This card Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) while you have 5 or more FIRE Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can pay 800 Life Points and banish this face-up card until the End Phase: return shuffle all cards into owner the Decks. Each time this effect was used, then your opponent can banish 1 card from their his Graveyard, and if they do, your opponent to draws 2 cards. During the End Phase of the turn this effect was use activated: return this card to face-up Attack Position to your side of the field: decrease it's This card loses 800 ATK by 800.

Note that whenever this card banishes itself, it loses all ATK/DEF modifiers that were applied to it, so it always returns to the field with 2500 ATK when you banish it with its effect.

Pretty much only by having it stay on the field, shuffle all OTHER cards on the field into the deck, and having it not be able to attack for the rest of the turn. It doesn't do exactly what you want it to, but you can't keep the ATK modifiers any other way.

The card itself is very specific, but board nukes are still questionable card design and relatively easily promote OTKs. For the above reason, I'd probably follow my above written advice, but make it so you can't enter your Battle Phase the turn you activate the effect.
Unless, of course, your plan was to make an OTK inhibitor. In which case, it's fine.
