A1652471
Okay, I wanna know if this card is too OP (over powered) or if it sounds right. [attachment=41687:Destro Card.jpg] I mainly created it as a way to combat the XYZ cards that negate everything. Any criticism is openly welcomed. MayhemXYZ
You should always post cards with their lore separately for easier OCG corrections by critics. Anyways, what I believe should be more current: If you're your opponent plays a monster activates a monster effect that can negate the effects of other cards other monster effects, discard this card from your hand and pay 2000 Life Points to negate that effect. If you do, banish both monsters. Any monster banished by this effect cannot be returned to the duel. This effect can only be used once per duel. I think that's all I can contribute to the card's OCG. I'm still learning myself, but that should be more correct at least. Either way, the effect itself is interesting. 2000 Life Points honestly seems like its a lot. Maybe 1000 - 1500 at most? And better yet, you could even make this a quick-play spell card or (counter?) trap card, since I believe the Life Points cost should be enough. Or you could simply add "banish a monster from your hand" as another cost to the card. ATK and DEF wise-alone this is a decent card, but just for this effect? And if your purpose was to make a counter to Xyz cards, then a Spell/Trap card should do well as well. Moreover, this card's effect becomes useless while its on the field or its in your Graveyard. So being a Spell/Trap card seems more suitable. OR you could at least tone down the Life Points cost a bit and change the effect so it can be used if its on the field as well, or better yet, in the Graveyard as well (maybe). A1652471
It was mainly used as a joke card for something like the Galaxy Eyes that fully negates effects if they're on the field. Maybe toning down the LP cost would make it better but if it is summoned it negates all card effects so it gets on my nerves quite often. Maybe a spell or trap would work better. Trebuchet MS
Here. Let me get that for you. If you're your opponent plays a monster activates a monster effect that can would negate the effects of other cards a card effect: You can discard this card from your hand and pay 2000 Life Points; to negate that effect. the activation, and if you do, banish it and this card, face-down both monsters. Any monster banished by this effect cannot be returned to the duel. This The effect of "Earth King Destro" can only be activated used once per Duel. A brief rundown of PSCT. Activation conditions (when you can activate the card) : Costs and targets (things you do before the card starts resolving and the opponent can respond) ; effect resolution. If no colons or semicolons are available, the effect does not start a Chain. I've changed the banish condition to face-down banishment because the number of effects that can retrieve banished cards is very small. Cards banished face-down would pretty much be considered lost forever under normal circumstances.
A1652471
Some of the terminology confuses me so I'm pretty much lost now. I read the rules but I guess I must have overlooked some of these terms.. OCG, PSCT, and LORE are alien to me. If you could explain these terms I'd really appreciate it. A1652471
Thank you. I was totally lost on that. Oh and about the colons and semicolons, I never even thought about that being able to chain.
