This card gains 300 def for each "skull servant" in the graveyard. once per turn, you can detach one xyz material: send 1 zombie type monster from the deck to the grave to special summon 1 zombie type monster from the grave with def equal to or less than "Queen of the Skull Servants"

I corrected the ones crossed with the bolded words. I wouldn't say it's too OP but it might be a good idea to increase the gains to more than 300; I don't know how fast a Skull Servant Deck is, so it might be good there.

So the milling of the Zombie is not part of the cost of that effect, and it doesn't target the revival subject?

Actually I meant the revival to be targeted my bad Dx and yeah the milling of the zombie is the cost.

Well my skull servant deck usually has about 4-6 in the grave on average and is pretty consistent. Plus with wight prince coming out, it'll help mill faster. Most zombies have low def so I thought tht her def shouldn't be that high :p but maybe I should raise it to 400?

I'm surprised she doesn't have the "This card's name becomes "Skull Servant" while it is in the Graveyard." effect, since she's related to the Wight cards.

400, I think, is perfect.

Then, let me correct the lore...

3 Level 1 Zombie-Type monsters
This card's name becomes "Skull Servant" while it is in the Graveyard. This card gains 300 DEF for each "Skull Servant" card in the your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, target 1 send 1 zombie type monster from the deck to the grave to special summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from the in a Graveyard with DEF equal to or less than this card's DEF, then send 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; Special Summon that target "Queen of the Skull Servants"

All costs and targets fit in between the colon and the semicolon. I've specifically worded this to ensure that you can't target the same monster you milled - your target has to be declared before you mill. I've also forced this card to check only your Graveyard for its DEF calculation, but its revival effect is free to snatch up Zombies from the opponent's Graveyard, because that's how some Zombie strategies roll.
