Toffee.
Target 1 face-up monster you control: Special Summon 1 "Hex-Sealed Fusion" monster from your hand or Deck with the same Attribute as the Target. Then, for the rest of the turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except by the effect of "Hex-Sealed Fusion" monster(s). During the End Phase of this turn, if you did not activate the effect of a "Hex-Sealed Fusion" monster, the opponent draws 1 card.Basically the idea is straight forward: It's an E-Tele for Hex-Sealed Fusions.'Course, it requires you to have a monster beforehand, since, you know, another pure E-Tele would be outright silly. And while you can, in fact, just use this to Summon a 1600 DEF monster out of nowhere, it then limits your further plays depending on when you use this card. Furthermore, if you do decide to sit on the monster/Tribute it/etc/etc, then the opponent ends up drawing in the End Phase because you didn't decide to follow through. Now I could, in fact, re-word the card to prevent Summons, except for Fusion Summons, but think of it this way; Why would anyone then go and use the effect of said Hex, when they could just use it as a Fusion Substitute with cards like Power Bond/etc, and then you end up with weird parallels between This and something like King of the Swamp. Now wheres the fun in that? It wouldn't be true Hex-Sealed support.Regardless, it's a card that, as illustrated by the artwork, would basically give you easier Cyber-Twin plays. Or whatever else you want to use with a LIGHT/DARK/EARTH Hex monster; I only really made the artwork hint at Twin, since, you know, it would be the most prominent.
