Neutrality Man
Skip your next Draw Phase after this card is activated. If your opponent controls monsters with a total ATK greater than or equal to your current Life Points, pay half your Life Points; add 1 card from your Deck to your hand. (This is treated as drawing that card during your Draw Phase.) It then becomes the End Phase. You can only activate "Fated Final Draw" once per Duel. The activation and effect of "Fated Final Draw" cannot be negated. Basically, it replicates the ability of every anime character to perform Shining Draws / Destiny Draws / I-Totally-Stack Draws" right when they need to. Trebuchet MS
Ends the current turn, but puts that one card you need into your hand, bypasses Rai-Oh (but admittedly, not Protector of the Sanctuary). Naturally, you'd be using it on your opponent's turn to avoid getting game'd. This looks familiar... Oh. Of course. Drawing (pun definitely not intended) some inspiration from what's behind that link, let's see how we can polish up this Deus Ex Machina. Skip your next Draw Phase after this card is activated. If your opponent controls monsters with a total ATK greater than or equal to your current Life Points: Pay half your Life Points; add 1 card from your Deck to your hand. (This is treated as drawing that card during your Draw Phase.) it then becomes the End Phase of this turn. At the start of your next Draw Phase after this card was activated, before you draw, choose 1 card from your Deck and place it on top of your Deck. You can only activate "Fated Final Draw" once per Duel. This card's activation and effects of "Fated Final Draw" cannot be negated. What does it mean in this form? Putting the turn-ending bit first is important because End Phase mill can mess up what you'll be doing next (by, well, idunno, Lightsworns?). Rigging the top of your Deck means that this card doesn't get hindered by Rai-Oh without needing odd-looking text, but it also bypasses Protector of the Sanctuary. All this takes place just before your Draw Phase draw, essentially keeping its purpose intact.
Neutrality Man
Ah, thank you. I tend to make the text overcomplicated when I'm not sure how to phrase something. Which is often. Also, I had no idea Creator of Hope existed before now.
razzy
It's a quick play so if you use it during your opponent's turn it will end their turn? o.O
Neutrality Man
Eeyup. It's a "SAVE ME" card in that sense.
