Neutrality Man
Equip only to an Effect Monster card whose text includes "Once per turn:". The equipped monster can use its "Once per turn: " effect(s) up to twice per turn. I have it worded specifically to avoid stacking the effect to give Catapult Turtle and Dark Strike Fighter 4 shots. No matter how many copies are on the same monster, it can still only use the OPT effect twice.
Trebuchet MS
Fascinating. A card that actually reads other card texts and messes with them. A lot of monsters are pinned down by "Once per turn:" restrictions. Giving them one additional use can have potentially gamebreaking interactions. Take, for example, Number 61. Gibbing one monster and leaving behind massive burn not enough for you? Two shots in the same turn for twice the burnination and twice the pain! Or Zenmaighty. Not satisfied with just taking off one Zig? Take off every Zig. Literally. Make all the Xyz plays. Let's not forget ol' Dr. RED, MD and oh god there's Dragons everywhere help get them off me SARKHAAAAAANNNNNNN You see where I'm getting. Yugioh's become a delicate balance of turn activation restrictions, kinda like an arrangement of dominoes or a Mexican standoff. Or a Mexican standoff perched atop dominoes. Fiddle with them, and it easily just rips the game apart. It's difficult trying to balance a card like this, though watching it in action is catastrophically hilarious. Neutrality Man
Ah thank you, this is the form the card took after revisions by a sane mind. When I made it on my 32nd straight hour "awake" it DID stack with more copies. I agree that, even with stacked effects removed from the card, this card easily obliterates the game balance with certain OPT effects. Further: "Catastrophically hilarious" is an accurate description of what I shoot for when I make near-AoC stuff like this.
