If there is a Fiend-Type monster in your graveyard, you can Special Summon this card (from the hand). If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: discard 1 card, then target 1 card on the field; return that card to its owner's hand. When this card is destroyed by battle: add 1 Fiend-Type from your graveyard to your hand.

Some fixes

This could be used for R4's, and the effect reminds me of E-Hero Ice Edge.

Advanced clause, dammit. Advanced clause.

Right, without knowing the card's ATK I can't know it's true usefulness, but I can tell you this is pretty eh. Maybe a beater in Dark Worlds but I highly doubt they're going to slow themselves down for this, though with the right build to compensate this could be run there. The discard-and-bounce screams Dark World, but then I realized the discard is a cost and not an effect thus making it only a beater in Dark Worlds. Also, the last effect is pretty negligible. For one, destruction by battle is pretty rare nowadays, and 2, who would actually be stupid to kill it when they know it's effect triggers something?

I don't like how you can summon up to 3 of these per turn(insta-3 Material Rank 4). Add a summoning restriction.

I'd so run this in my Fiend beatdown deck. His effect makes for an easy summon, and if you happen to draw three of this guy plus Solidarity and Foolish Burial all as your starting hand, you can have three 2400-ATKers (or a 2400-ATKer and a 3200-ATK Adreus if this guy went to Level 5) on the first turn. His destroyed by battle effect also can be used to get back the bigger, scarier fiends like Darkness Neosphere, Chaos Hunter, or the fearsome Raviel, Lord of Phantasms.

On a scale of 1 to 10, this guy is easily an 8 or 9.

You can never draw 3 of this card in one turn, that's like drawing 3 of Exodia. Unless you run a bunch of Draw/Searchers, your chances of summoning 3 of these in one turn is as small as summoning 3x Daybreak Knight.
