During either player's turn: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; this turn, each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s), inflict 800 damage to your opponent. You can only use 1 ""C" Vilswarm" per turn.

 

From a competitive standpoint, this would be good for a burn Deck or a Deck that primarily uses Dark monsters (Maxx "C" is an Earth monster).  You could theoretically discard this whenever you want if you have two other Dark monsters in your Graveyard to summon Dark Armed Dragon or just use it as banish fodder for Allure of Darkness.  It can also be searched by cards that search 'lwarm' cards such as Infestation Infection.

 

From a 'lore' standpoint, its ATK and DEF end with 50 like most of the other Evilswarms.  This is intended to be a Maxx "C" that was corrupted by the Lswarm virus.
