hypebeast Posted June 7, 2014 Report Share Posted June 7, 2014 this morning i asked my grandmother (who is a seamstress) if it wouldnt be a good idea to sew a pocket into my favorite, brand new white v-neck t shirt. she said no, and thought the idea was ridiculous. i argued with her cause i wanted to at least see what it'd look like and she kept insisting it was a ridiculous idea and in the end she just said she wouldnt do it. i was kinda mad that she didnt even consider it so i talked to my mom about it and then we went out for a while. i came back, and hey hey hey, super surprise, my grandma turns out sewed TWO pockets on the shirt (keep in mind this is brand new, i havent used it for the first time, also it was literally the last shirt my size), sewed too low (looks like the pockets are in my ribs), and with a really ugly fabric. she thought i'd like it. she didnt even ask me how i wanted them she just sewed them. she ruined my f***ing t shirt. im raging right now. also its worth to mention i've been looking for a simple, white t shirt my size for about 5 months now and i finally found one; in whats basically the ross of my country (so its really rare to find nice clothes in there, they usually have faults like spots, etc...) i just had to vent that out. discuss times when someone wanted to do something nice but ended up just ruining your day.
