This is the first card I've made.  I'm still pretty new to this, but it seems balanced and decent enough to me.

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. As long as this card remains face up on your side of the field, you must pay 500 Life Points during your Standby Phase. You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

*turns nose up* An attachment!? We at YCM do not approve of attachments! Seriously though, you can just click on the card after you're done with it, and a link will be provided for you to just copy-paste into your post.

 

Also you have to provide the card-lore underneath the actual card, and shrink the image, cause that thing is way to big.

 

Anyway, an actual review of the card: It would be better if it were Zombie, because then you could actually target it with Pyramid Turtle. It would be better if you made it more suited to the Vampire archetype as well (i.e. lowering its ATK to 2000).

I used photoshop, which would explain the size.  I tried to put it in a spoiler but couldn't figure out how.  I changed it to a zombie, but I think lowering its ATK would make it a little underpowered given the 500 LP upkeep.

Some OCG errors. The second sentence should be: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

As for spoilers, you click on the icon with a horizontal green line through it (shown below in a red circle). And it shows a list of what you want. On there, there should be "Spoiler" and you put the Title of the thing you click on in "Options" and everything else in the description. And instead of an attachment, after you copy the picture's URL, you click on the tree icon (in the green circle) to make the image show up on the page. Sorry if I didn't explain that too well.

The 500 LP upkeep is negligible, really. The problem with this is that it's a 2700 beater that can be summoned through Pyramid Turtle, AND it's a Zombie.

2700 ATK for a LV5 monster's usually high, but I guess you have to pay 500 LP. And Tribute summoned monsters aren't doing so well anyway, so I think it's good.

There's something wrong here.

 

I originally had it that it can't be special summoned, but changed it on the suggestion of Izanami-no-Mikoto.  I agree that this is OP, so I've changed it back.

You can keep the card the same, just lower the ATK to 2300 and it should be fine. My problem was that it's atk is far too high for its level and especially with Mezuki and Pyramid Turtle around.

A Zombie that can't be Special Summoned is not worth running in Zombies. It's a decent burn card, but in terms of slapping your opponent, even 3000 ATK wouldn't be enough to justify it.

Pretty decent card. 

That's no way bad, ofcourse. 

Konami has realeased cards which are not competitive at all, lots of 'em. Point is not always stream to create meta cards, but do a card and design it well. 

And this is actually a nice card, not very useful but nice overall.
