Target 1 face-up Level 8 or lower Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz monster with the same Type or same Attribute as the targeted monster you control but 1 Rank higher or lower than the targeted monster's Level, by using it as the Xyz Material, then, attach this card to the Summoned monster as an Xyz Material. This Special Summon is treated as a Xyz Summon. You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this card. While this card is in the Graveyard, if you control a Xyz monster with no Xyz Materials, return it to the Extra Deck. During your opponent's End Phase shuffle this card in your Graveyard into your Deck. You can only activate 1 "Evo-ceed Exlution" per turn.

Sure, let's turn any Level 4 Warrior-Type monster / Level 4 LIGHT monster into Pleiades, just from 1 card, because hey, that's totally not broken.

Try this, maybe, and even this is overpowered:

(This Special Summon is treated as a Xyz Summon.) You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this effect, also, your opponent takes no further damage this turn. While this card is in the Graveyard, if you control an Xyz monster with no Xyz Materials, you can activate this card's effect in the Graveyard to return that Xyz monster to the Extra Deck, then shuffle this card from your Graveyard into your Deck.
