Its effect is:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are requires for monsters Level 5 or more. This card cannot attack in the same turn it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. avariademon Posted March 23, 2008 Report Share Posted March 23, 2008 the wraith seems ok.... though its effect could be abused to the MAX with cards like tomato that card could definatly be freckin awesome. i would say its ballenced the ability to abuse it dosent stop it from being a 5 star monster its still not to easy to get to the feild without another card i would say 8.5/10 the toon is useless, the only point is to special summon but even then it requires a tribute its ATK is to low to be useful now i know toon decks are never used but this would never even see it in one of the few toon decks that is used completly underpowered 5/10 the last card has some wording problems it should be destroyed and sent to the graveyard to make it a bit more specific you dont need to state how its destroyed if you want it so its destroyed by anything, just say if its destroyed, its ok it adds another way to special wraith which dose help but its not solving the problem of if wraith is in your hand. just a suggestion here make it so if its only destroyed by battle, and make it so its from your hand or deck that way it will be able to be more usefull then just tomato because honestly its not as useful and would probebly never see play 6.5/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
