2 Level 3 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; all face-up monsters you currently control gain 300 ATK.

You know, I'm starting to miss seeing this card pop-up here and there. It's honestly not a bad card; It gives a permanent +300 to everything you control; You basically kick into overdrive when your monsters go on the verge of doing damage. Hell, it's even absurdly easy to play, given the fact that Rank 3s are typically easy to pull out of thin air.
And yet... Here's the main issue this card has, and why it's not played anymore: It does something, but it doesn't do something that realistically. IE, it's not Alucard/Angineer/etc/etc, and as such, serves no purpose in the Extra Deck. Shame, really, but it's understandable.

Discuss.

I still think it's the best R3 Option in Evols; Boosts Evolzars to not-stupidly weak levels, the only time you're going to make a R3 is when you have field presence already (And some protection, ie:evolzars)

...Still, not the best for many other decks, even if it is a potential +3300 ATK to the boars (1800 base, then +300 to all other monsters you have, with 5, thats 1500)

Rank 3 in general has sort of fallen out of favor. There are just so many amazingly good Rank 4s and archetypes that support Rank 4 that not many Decks bother with Rank 3, and those that do tend to have more specialized Xyz, making Brilli-Ant completely outclassed.

It's an amusing card, but it's just not...good. It was early on, because there weren't many Rank 3s, and it was a Light, so Decks that used Tour Guide had an almost instant BLS set-up by running it, but 300 ATK with only an 1800 body by default is just so underwhelming, and while 300 can give many monsters enough ATK to be dangerous threats, it implies you already have that field investment.

This is also the only one of Kaito's known Numbers that was never seen again in a Duel. (Tron played No.10, No.30, and No.56 against Yuma. Kaito and V both used No.9 at one point). Poor thing. So unloved.

It does look gorgeous in that Ultimate Rare, though.

Granted, its anime effect only applied to itself. And probably only for the turn, because otherwise, I can't imagine why Kaito didn't do it the turn he Summoned it.
