BatMed
Included in my set Rise of the Darklords Effect Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effects. If you control no cards while you have exactly 5 DARK monsters in the Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card (from your Hand or Graveyard.) This card is unaffected by your opponent's cards effects. This card loses 1000 ATK for each face-up Divine-Beast-type monster. Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster card from your Graveyard to activate 1 of these effect. *Banish 1 card on the Field. *Inflict 1000 Damage to your opponent. *Target 1 card; Negate that target's effects. ___________________________________________________________ ???? That's probably how it should be worded. Maybe got 1 or 2 sentences off. So is this a reference to the original YGO series? Disregarding the reference, 5000 ATK is way too much. I would take it down to 4500 or something along those lines. Also, you could put in an Ouroburos clause on the 3 effects. Also, this guy is basically invincible. Once he comes out, you basically win. Maybe make him a little more vulnerable to something besides *god cards that nobody runs*.
newhat
A win condition like Dark Armed Dragon. It has a longer setup, but once it hits the field your opponent is basically out of the game. Being hard to Summon doesn't justify being uncounterable by most Decks.
Darthakin
DNA decks would have a laugh with this guy, though. An already Face-up Skill Drain would also have its fun with this guy. As you'd have a 5k beater without his effects. (Read: bottomless, mirror force, Dimensional, Torrential)

(Read: bottomless, mirror force, Dimensional, Torrential) Since Skill Drain and DNA Surgery are not splashable or common, they are not viable counters to this.
