Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You can banish 3 "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" fromy our hand, field, or graveyard: Special Summon this card (From your hand). When this card is Summoned: Destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle when battling a Level 8 or lower monster.

I THINK thats how its supposed to be worded, im not 100% sure tho.

Card is good but the 3 Red-Eyes banishing cost isnt entirely worth it.

So, a backrow nuking 4000 beater that, granted, makes you run base red eyes which is a horrible card these days, but is still very easy to make in a deck that runs dragon shrine/foolish burial. While normally that alone wouldn't make it too overpowered, it has additional unkillability which it does not need, and if/when it does get destroyed Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon can bring it back for an additional backrow nuke. It does too much and has no drawbacks that justify it being a huge bodied heavy storm with legs that is incredibly easy to summon. heck, you can actually just dump this with foolish and have RDMD bring it right back and backrow nuke. Its very, very overpowered and worse still makes RDMD OTKs stupidly easy to pull off.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You can Must be Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 3 "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" from your hand, field, or Graveyard Special Summon this card (From your hand). This card and cannot be Special Summon in any by other ways. When this card is Summoned: Destroy all Spell/Trap Cards on the field.

Good, you're listening. With the Nomi clause it can't be cheated into play by REDMD any more.

But 3 REBD for a walking Heavy Storm? Sure, they can be banished from hand, field or Graveyard to ease the difficulty, but I'm unsure if it's worth the effort.
