Dokutah
(note: this card is prototype, the current effect is not as whole as planned need more suggestion for additional effect) While you control no monster, you can active this card from your Deck. the controller of this card cannot Summon or Set any monster, Except "Parareal' monster(s). As long as this card is face up on the field, your Monster card zone(s) is also treated as Spell/Trap card zone(s) and vice-versa this card is meant to support Trap Monster ( especially since this card is also part of my archetype, the Parareals whose the entire monster member is actually Trap Monster) allow the Trap Monster to use only 1 card zone instead making 1 unusable CnC

Dramatic Crossroad
If you initially plan to have no monster cards and blocked any monster summons except "Parareal" monsters, why have the "vice-versa"? Also, there are now Trap Monsters that are not treated as traps once summoned (check "Phantom Knight Shadow Veil"). Maybe you would wanna convert them to that? I can't figure out what the correct OCG would be like, here's an try: While you control no monsters; you can activate this card from your Deck. You cannot Summon or Set any monsters, except "Parareal" monsters. All Card Zones on your side of the field (except Field and Pendulum Card Zones) are treated as both Spell and Trap Card Zones AND Monster Card Zones. P.S. Can you post an example of 1 "Parareal" Monster/Trap?
Oriannis
This is a very different card to what I am used to. you will have to be very careful with a spell that can activate from the deck but am I right in guessing that part is inspired by "Numeron Network". This card also has a heavy similarity to "Dark Sanctuary except it works both ways which is a powerful effect when used properly. given the limitations on "Parareal"monsters, I would have to take a look at a "Parareal" monster to judge this card better. Another thing to keep in mind is what kind of spell this is. Given the OCG used, it should be either continuous or field (field if you want to maximise its effect). While I am on OCG, i am afraid i cannot help you with it because I am no good at it myself. I am sure someone else will provide a fix for it. Finally. if this supports trap monsters, maybe the effect could activate if there are no monsters in your deck at all as it would balance the card more. Overall I think this may be over powered simply because of the activation but its an original concept and something I would love to see expanded. Dokutah
thank you for Dramatic Crossroad and Oriannis for the review :D to Dramatic Crossroad: i already see the phantom knight before i post... i actually like it but i want it also support the classic trap monster (although it contradict with this card since it limit to parareal only...which on the next fix will be lifted from the card) to Oriannis: looks like my card generator is broke again... it actually a field spell card...but never-mind, im gonna repair the card ASAP + post the link of the new post containing "Parareal"
