1 WATER Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner DARK monsters
You can only control 1 "Oona, Queen of the Fae". While face-up on the field, this card is also WATER-Attribute. Once per turn: You can declare 1 Attribute and banish up to 5 monsters from your Graveyard; Banish cards from the top of your opponent's Deck equal to the number monsters banished to activate this effect, then Special Summon "Faerie Tokens" (Fairy-type/WATER/Level 1/ATK 700/DEF 300) equal to the number of monsters with that Attribute banished by this card's effect.

Lousy. I don't care if it is a Magic card you translated to YGO. It requires setup to bring out, significant setup to activate its effect, and does nothing to your opponent's hand, field or Graveyard when it does. If it destroyed a card for each monster you banished, it would still be underpowered. If you want to keep the current effect, Oona should not be this hard to bring out.

So make her easier to summon, increase the attack, and add the token giving effect?

Now it's just inconsistent and slow instead of being worthless. Since you don't have any guarantee of the Tokens, this won't necessarily set up a combo. I think the Tokens are too small and not-useful for their cost.

The whole point is to banish cards from your opponent's deck. The tokens are just a bonus. Anyway, what should I do to make it better?
