[J-Max Written] Present of Normality

I will admit that I am sidetracked a lot by Pictures at times so for now (at least for a card or 2) I will be using Written. I have sat down for a while and thought of a decent way to get Gemini's at least back into Playability again (Only really used one at the moment is Gigapllant. This card will also work with any Gemini monster currently on the field that has not been Normal Summoned yet too. CnC is welcomed. I tried my hardest for this one with no distractions.

Present of Normality

Continuous Spell

Discard 1 Normal monster from your hand. All face-up Normal Monsters you control are also Gemini Monsters and can be Normal Summoned to gain the following effect.

- When this card destroys a monster in battle, you can Draw 1 card from your Deck. If it is an Effect Monster, you can reveal the card to your opponent and Tribute this monster to Special Summon the Effect Monster from your hand ignoring the summoning conditions. The ATK and DEF of the Special Summoned monster is 0 until your next Standby Phase.

This card is amazing. 10/10. That's my review.

Doesn't seem to do much in Gemini's. The initial -1 is not that great. Even worse is that Gemini Monsters are only Normal Monsters on the field or the graveyard. The last effect could alleviate the initial minus, but most Gemini Monsters can't really run over much. If it does trigger, I seriously don't like the ignoring summoning conditions clause. There really is no adequate reason to have that clause on any card, since you could be summoning so many OP monsters by bypassing their conditions. Overall, it's an interesting card, but I would rather run Supervise or Dragon's Mirror into that Fusion Monster.

Also, the OCG is sloppy, but I'll let other people do it since I suck at it and because I'm on mobile.
