98rbake
Activate only while you control a face-up monster whose original name is "Slifer the Sky Dragon." Pay Life Points equal to the current ATK of 1 face-up "Slifer the Sky Dragon" on your side of the field (min. 2000); while this card is on the field, each time a card or effect is activated, except this card's effect(s): Draw 2 cards. This card cannot be removed from the field, except by an opponent's card effect. You cannot win the Duel by a card's written victory condition. You can only activate "Curse of the Sky Dragon" once per Duel. I made this card with the idea of raising Slifer's ATK drastically, while also giving the possibility of a Deck Out. I added the no-victory-condition clause to prevent exodia applicability (even though I thought the needing a face-up Slifer was probably enough) CnC please
Dramatic Crossroad
Even if you can draw cards like crazy, unless you control "Infinite Cards" or plan to finish your opponent the turn you play this,... it wouldn't be as usefull as intended, cause you will either deckout or/and discard all until you hand is at 6 during the End Phase. Zauls
What the hell were you smoking when you made this? Draw 2 cards EACH TIME YOUR OPPONENT DOES ANYTHING!? You clearly have no idea how powerful drawing cards is in general. Pot of Greed is banned for a reason. Everyone and their grandma plays Upstart Goblin for a reason. This is one of the worst designed cards I've ever seen. Change it to Once Per Turn and draw 1 and it might be ok because it has a pretty difficult activation condition. Then it might be a bit underwhelming, so I would probably just reduce the Life Point cost to half the ATK of the Slifer, since you could end up paying like 5000. Pot of Greed is banned because it has no cost and it can be used in any deck. This card has a minimum cost of 2000 and it can only be used in a deck designed solely to bring out Slifer (or maybe Horakhty), and even then it can only be used once per duel. I feel perhaps a conditional clause should be added that you cannot draw without Slifer on the field (ie someone Special Summoned him just to activate this card, but then he's just destroyed during the End Phase), or maybe a recurring cost. Also, it is at Draw 2 so that the opponent can have a few turns to try to activate as many cards as possible so the player might have a deck out. Maybe some ideas to help ensure this is only applicable in a DIVINE-based deck as opposed to how to make the effect less powerful and the cost lower?
