Ren✧
This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become a Pendulum Monster with this effect and place it in an open Pendulum Zone with a Pendulum Scale of 6 and it gains this effect while in the Pendulum Zone. ●Face-up Gemini Monsters that were Normal Summoned from the hand are treated as Effect Monsters and gain their effects. If a Gemini Monster you control is destroyed as a result of battle: Destroy this card; Special Summon the destroyed monster. It is treated as an Effect Monster and gains its effects. Amongst the twisting vines of an ancient forest, an elder lord makes his presence known. Soon, he shall lead his armies to the new world, empowered by his ancient magics. Wanted to make a Pendulum, but don't have access to a Pendulum Template. This is the result. The effect might be a bit powerful, and I am prepared to change it to "Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up Normal Gemini Monster you control; it is treated as an Effect Monster and gains its effect." Obviously this isn't something that has really be experimenting with before, so I am expecting there to be flaws in the sign. CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is always appreciated and will be +REPPED. Well okay I'll try: though I haven't played Pendulum Monsters yet I feel that have a level 4 that card that could be a Pendulum Monster easily is kinda of a rip-off like exceed monster being thrown out by a similar effect; so I don't know about the effect but as to topic I'd say I like the catch as it leaves for it's people kinda thing " If a Gemini Monster you control is destroyed as a result of battle: Destroy this card; Special Summon the destroyed monster. Rate: 8/10 I can understand the hesitation, but I feel like in the deck that this card has to be run in it is still really too slow to give the deck enough momentum to do anything sizeable. It is forcing the player to play a Gemini-centric deck, of which probably doesn't even break into the lowest level of competitive tiers. Plus, theoretically, you have to summon him twice anyway to make full use of his effect. Now I know that there are cards that can give a monster their effect(i.e. Supervise), but even still, it is fairly slow to worry about it being a game-breaking/deck-breaking stunt.
