Ren✧
This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become a Pendulum Monster with this effect and place it in an open Pendulum Zone with a Pendulum Scale of 2 and it gains this effect while in the Pendulum Zone. ●When a face-up Gemini Monster(s) gains its effect: Draw 1 card. This effect of "Treefolk Shaman" can only be used once per turn. If your opponent would activate a card effect that targets a face-up Effect Gemini Monster: the activated effect becomes "The targeted monster is treated as a Normal Monster and loses its effect." Then, destroy the activated card. "I wish only to protect my children. If being a parent also makes me a killer, then so be it." -Treefolk Shaman Alright, this is my second installment featuring this kind of Pendulum Mechanic, again it works to help Gemini Monsters(which are one of my favorite sub-types). Again, because it is a pretty new idea there are likely some flaws in the wording and whatnot, so any help in correcting those would be greatly appreciated. RickiMinaj
I see a potential powerhouse. In addition to allowing future gemini monsters to be summoned with much more ease, then be normal summoned to pull their effects out, this guy also lets you draw whenever one of those bad boys does turn it's effect on. Truth be told though, gemini monster draw engines are pretty basic, and other than spark and maybe 1 other that I might be forgetting, they don't do well speed wise, only because re-summoning them causes such a lag. You wouldn't be doing anyone injustice by removing the draw power limitation. However, I would change it to the following to not cause too much abuse. "When a face-up Gemini Monster(s) gains its effect: You can draw 1 card. This effect of "Treefolk Shaman" can only be used once per turn." I added (s) after "Monster" only because there are several spell and monster effects that force the activation of multiple Gemini Monsters at the same time. Drawing for each one separately would surely be labeled as abusive. In addition, I took out the "you can" only because forcing the activation is better than leaving it optional, especially for draw power, as it has a less likely chance of missing timing. This way, you can remove the limitation of the once per turn concept, and have a solid draw engine.

I definitely see your point with the timing issue, but I still worry that allowing it to activate more than once a turn could end up breaking the card. Maybe I'll wait for a little more feedback before changing that aspect of the card. Thank you for the feedback!
