Venom
This is a repost of an old thread that was in the wrong section of the forum. Anyways, welcome to Cyber Units. The concept here is simple: ATK / DEF reduction in exchange for card effects. It has to do with a machine draining it's battery to trigger certain functions (thus contributing in the flavor department). With no more delays, the cards! =D

LIGHT / Level 3 Machine / Effect When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can Special Summon this card from your hand in Defense Position. Once per turn: you can decrease this card's DEF by 1000; increase or reduce it's Level by 1. During either player's turn: you can decrease this card's DEF by 500; this card cannot be destroyed by battle during this turn (This is a Quick Effect). ATK / 0 DEF / 1500

LIGHT / Level 3 Machine / Effect While you control a "Cyber Unit" monster with a different name; you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn you can activate 1 of these effects: *Target 1 other "Cyber Unit" monster you control and decrease this card's ATK by 500; this card's Level becomes the same as the target. *Target 1 other "Cyber Unit" monster you control and decrease this card's DEF by 500; the target gains 500 DEF. ATK / 500 DEF / 500

LIGHT / Level 4 Machine / Effect Once per turn: you can decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 500; add 1 "Cyber" monster with ATK equal to or less than this card's ATK from your Deck to your hand. ATK / 1500 DEF / 1000

LIGHT / Level 4 Machine / Effect Once per turn, you can target a "Cyber Unit" card in your Graveyard and decrease this card's DEF by 1000: add that target to your hand. If this card is used to Fusion Summon a "Cyber" monster you control, you may decrease that monster's ATK or DEF by 1000 to add 1 "Cyber" Spell or Trap card from your Graveyard to your hand. ATK / 500 DEF / 2000

LIGHT / Level 5 Machine / Fusion / Effect 2 "Cyber Unit" Level 4 monsters You can Fusion Summon this card by sending the above Fusion Materials from your side of the field to the Graveyard (you do not need "Polymerization"). Once per turn: you can decrease this card's DEF by 1000; increase this card's ATK by it's DEF. ATK / 0 DEF / 3000

Target 1 "Cyber" monster on your field: this turn, if you would reduce the ATK or DEF of the targeted monster by a card effect you control, instead you can negate that effect and double it's ATK or DEF. Destroy the targeted monster at the next turn's End Phase. If this Set card you control is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: target 1 "Cyber" monster you control; increase the ATK or DEF of the targeted monster by 1000.

Valax
Nice cards :) I can see how they all support each other. Unstable Flux is also a nice idea! Cyber Unit Holo Shield: During either player's turn: you can decrease this card's DEF by 500; this card cannot be destroyed by battle during this turn (This is a Quick Effect). That could really help. Good job :)

Ren✧
You are aware that Unstable Flux will be able to target not just Cyber Unit monsters, but also any Cyber card previously created. I don't think that it necessarily breaks the card, but just wanted to point it out. Cyber Unit Assembly Bot is a good searcher for the archetype and his effect obviously correlates well. I am pretty tired right now, so not feeling like doing an in-depth review, but things still look decent
