Hey Poison, first I'd like to state that I like the idea of this card a lot, but I have to know if you intended Normal Monsters which require 1 Tribute to be Tribute(Normal)-Summoned to be able to be Normal Summoned without any cost at all. This would be a quite powerful card in that case
Darj
The last effect is too powerful, and is begging to be abused by Monarchs and Soul Exchange/Storm Forth. Because of the first effect involving Normal Monsters, I suspect this effect was meant to affect Normal monsters as well. If I am wrong, then that would be a good way for balancing the effect. By the way, the effect looks weird because both "destruction by battle" and "tribute" mechanics are not effects, so I believe this would be a better OCG (assuming you want this card to protect against effects): Monsters cannot be removed from the field by card effects, except by being destroyed by battle or being Tributed. Yeah, you don't need to exclude them because they are not actually effects. Now that I think about it, what if you attempt to remove a monster from the field by Synchro/Fusion summoning (not counting Xyz Summons since Xyz Materials are not treated as being removed from the field)? Is this card intended to allow it?
