Greiga Posted July 4, 2014 Report Share Posted July 4, 2014 Normal Spell Card If you control a Spellcaster-Type monster: You can reveal 1 other "Spellbook" card in your hand, then target 1 "Spellbook" Normal Spell Card in your Graveyard, except "Spellbook of the Master"; this card's effect becomes that target's effect. You can only activate 1 "Spellbook of the Master" per turn. So basically a conversation on facebook about the banlist became everyone calling spellbooks as the new best deck, discuss the card that makes it so the Prophecy graveyard is quite literally the second hand. Delibirb Posted July 4, 2014 Report Share Posted July 4, 2014 If a Spellbook were to get hit it wouldnt be this one. Secrets and/or Tower are their true engine, Master is just able to extend it. I mean, Tower gives you 2 draws each turn (or just makes Reckless Greed have 0 drawback) and Secrets is the thing you use to actually search Master. %phil Posted July 4, 2014 Report Share Posted July 4, 2014 if any spellbook got hit it'd be blue boy but that's beside the point. the deck's average but saying it's the best deck is ridiculous. it still opens weird cloggy hands that it's hard to play through and gets overwhelmed by decks such as mythic rulers which can just keep generating pressure.
