A_Kuzuyu
This is the support card for "Thunder King Rai-Oh" that many decks can utilize. The main problem to use Rai-oh is it cannot stop a card that Special Summon a monster by effect such as "Artifact Sanctum" or "Shaddoll Fusion" which is really annoying for me, so I made this card. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Well, by allowing this card to block card effect SSes as well as the inherent SSes that Rai-Oh already can block, this card is effectively Solemn Warning. You know, a Limited Counter Trap. There are a few key differences, the main one being that this card isn't a surprise to the opponent, can be revived (which means multiple negations), and is a bit harder to stop since most anti-monstereffect cards only affect monsters that are still on the field when they can chain to them (meanwhile Warning has Wiretap). Also, it's instantly accessible the very moment you get Rai-Oh onto the field, which encourages the player to not actually use Rai-Oh as anything more than a bridge to the bigger form. Of course, since it's a pretty dead draw in anything that can't Tribute Summon consistently (Monarchs and probably Qliphoths or whatever are the most notable of these), it won't really be ran in too many Decks, even ones that run Rai-Oh. The fact that Rai-Oh is Limited at the moment doesn't help at all either. But still, you "made it better" by turning it into Solemn Warning, which IMO shouldn't happen. Nightmare Stomper
This is a great idea, but I feel a few things about the card are of poor design. DUDE, he's the ULTIMATE RAI-OH! So I'll build the card idea that you've given into my own, in so doing though, I will retain its essential flavor to respect the original design. This effect does break yugioh however :P Level 8 (Dat Trade-In synergy) 2800/900 Cannot be Special Summoned. Must be Normal Summon by Tributing 1 face-up "Thunder King Rai-Oh" you control. You cannot Summon other monsters during the turn this card is Summoned.. Your opponent cannot Excavate any cards, or add cards from their Deck to their hand, except during their Draw Phase. Neither player can Special Summon any monster.

I thought this was a pretty cool support for it before I read this :o This is a great idea, but I feel a few things about the card are of poor design. DUDE, he's the ULTIMATE RAI-OH! AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Do you have anyway to fix it? I thought this was a pretty cool support for it before I read this :o Well, um, not that other thing that was suggested that turns it into a strange and really restrictive Kristya that relies on you sitting on Rai-Oh for an entire turn and is entirely dead if you don't have a pretty much unsearchable Limited card in your possession. Both Rai-Oh and Kristya look at a lot of Decks out there and flat-out say "You can't play anymore," (especially Kristya) which is pretty much the real reason Rai-Oh's not @3. Maybe if either player adds a card to their hand from the Deck (iffy on having it trigger on any sort of "put card in hand" effect that isn't drawing), this monster can return it to the Deck and let that player draw a card. It's pretty difficult to make a more powerful Rai-Oh that it worth the extra effort without letting it absolutely crush Decks with the "no search, can kill an inherent SS" effect. Dragonawsed
Only real problem I find with this card is that you can't special summon it from the deck because of how the rule are pertaining towards the deck. To effectively be able to that you have a card that allows you to search your deck to either ditch a card to the game, such as foolish burial or add a card to your hand; and if you happen to run across it during your search, then you could activate it. It would be easier play if you change the effect to: This card cannot be Special Summon except by tributing one "Thunder king Rai-Oh" you control." To have some more fun with this add in an effect that states: When this card leaves the field: you can target one "Thunder king Rai-Oh" in your graveyard and special summon it to your side of the field.
