Anarkist
Archangel Luciel, the Morningstar 3 Level 8 DARK monsters This card is also a LIGHT monster. When this card is Xyz Summoned you can Draw 1 card and Negate the effects of all other cards on the field. Cannot be Targeted by, and is unaffected by the effects of DARK and LIGHT monsters. Monsters that Battle this card have their effects Negated and are Banished if destroyed. Once per turn, during either turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to activate one of these effects: •Until the End Phase: Increase this card's ATK and DEF by 500 for each DARK monster on the field and in your Graveyard, plus 200 for every LIGHT monster on the field, also reveal all Set cards your opponent controls, their effect(s) cannot be activated until the End Phase. •Pay half your Life Points; take control of 1 monster your opponent controls until the End Phase. As Lucifer was the most perfect angel, I wanted his dominance to be felt as soon as he hit the field. His power being so great he gifts the duelist (draw 1 card) for invoking him while all other cards need to bow to him. No other angels (represented by Dark and Light monsters as Fallen and Divine respectively) can compete with his power. But in an effort to not only make him worth the rather steep summoning cost of 3 level 8 monsters, but also the most powerful of the major archangels (Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Uriel) I may have over powered him. CuriousHeartless
Not sure if OP or not, but extremely overfilled. I count six abilities for just when he's summoned and sitting on the field. The first detach ability adds another four. The second detach ability only add 1, so that's something. Still 11 abilities. If this is Lucifer pre-fall, why is he Dark at all? If it is post-fall, he probably shouldn't be Light at all. Really, he should just have the one attribute. The fact he's only a 2200/1900 that needs three level 8s might balance some of this, but I'm not sure.
Dramatic Crossroad
Like Heartless said, it's got a myriad of effects, and the card really seems like an Ace monster, something an anime antagonist would use to dominate the game. To make this post actually useful, OCG things i noticed: banished and negated are rarely/never Capitalized; You never mentioned when do the monsters get banished when they battle this card,... before or after the Damage Step? It really matters. a lot. The half-LP for a Change of Heart effect seems a bit off. You pay once by detaching a Material, then you add an even higher cost, suggestion of edit on this part of the effect. "Take control of 1 monster your opponent controls until the End Phase, and if you do - your Life Points are halved."

Yoo oh my god that's exactly what I was going for!! Haha:) I created the Celestial Angel Kings (Vishnu, Brahma, and Shiva) and the first of their enemies is the mightly Lucifer (who is part of a group of 3 Fallen Angels who rival the Celestial Angels). I wish I had the whole "Fallen Angel" and "Divine Angel" archetypes up so u culd see the full potential of these cards
