Armoire
When this card is flipped face-up: Target 1 card on the field and return it to its owner's hand. If this card is destroyed (either by battle or by card effect): You can Special Summon 1 "Penguin" monster from your Graveyard in face-down Defense Position, except "Penguin Housekeep". You can only use each effect of "Penguin Housekeep" once per turn.
Wanted to make some decent Penguin support that can at least Xyz and interact with Nopenguin efficiently and pretty quickly. razzy
Normal Summoned* otherwise seems fun :D
Nightmare Stomper
Balanced, cool, nice, level 3. Maybe create a passive ability that searches a penguin if it is returned from the field to the hand to create some awesome search synergy?
Dramatic Crossroad
The Normal Summon part of the effect is tipping this card towards the unbalanced part of the scales. I mean, there are lots of ways to abuse it, it can be quickly recycled with Salvage or bounced back with Swap Frog. There are tons of monsters that return cards from the field to the hand, but neither gets it done with no-effort-whatsoever, like this card does. Having a 100ATK monster in Attack Position isn't a huge drawback, if you cleaned your opponent's field beforehand, plus once used its effect, you would actually want to have it killed anyway to get another (Nightmare) Penguin . Took you advice and removed the Normal Summon aspect of it, to where it's just flipped face-up.
