**Effect**
①:You can Special Summon this card by sending 2 face-down Defense Position monsters you control to the Graveyard. ②:Once per turn, During your Main Phase: You can halve this card's ATK until the End Phase, and if you do, this card can attack your opponent directly this turn.

I'm still practicing on Japanese effects, so any help would be appreciated, also, is there any suggestions about this card's effect ?

A good level 7 special summon. The only thing I'm worries about is that making it a Dark/Dragon/Lvl 7 just gives too much support to Dragon Rulers and Chaos Dragons. Maybe you should increase its level to 8?

well, that was the concept: to support Draon Rulers and CD... I'm plaining to post a whole set to support this set... maybe 6 or 10 cards

It's expensive to Special Summon and it doesn't do enough after you do. 2600 ATK is solid but not worth multiple turns of setup to Special Summon. The direct attack for 1300 is not amazing.

 -_- ... seriously....

Considering his reply, it seems that this card's main use is to provide fuel for DRuler and Chaos decks. Look at Labradorite Dragon. It's only plus is being a tuner... but it is used a lot because it provides perfect fuel for effects in Hieratic decks.

Look at cowboy, it may only inflict 800 points of damage but it allows wins to come out of no where; this card is very similar. Always having the ability to hit your opponent directly is a big threat because they cannot stop it unless they have the proper setup. One could argue that we are in a format that powerful trap or spells, such as D-prism or Mirror force, that can provide an protect against this cards like this. To this argument I gratefully show them cards like forbidden lance or trap stun.

Granted this card is a bit harder to pull off, but has enough to pull it weight around when in a dire situation. As I had stated before this card would be an great as 1 or 2 of in Ghostrick because that it a lot more likely to be able to pull off in that deck. I would recommend that this having some sort of entering effect that applies a global field effect to make it worth more for the wait.

Chaos has Chaos Sorcerer as a solid Special Summon from the hand, but a Chaos Deck with mostly generic cards sets up slowly and runs out of cards really quickly, because there's no archetype engine. This card doesn't help that. If you use an archetype, it's going to be hard to find cards you can Set. Exceptions would be Ghostricks, which this card doesn't help much, and Shadolls, which this card is far too slow for.

What face-down Defense Position monsters would you be sending in Dragon Rulers?

Labradorite can be Special Summoned by a Hieratic effect from the hand, Deck or Graveyard as a -0 for Synchro utility. If you end up drawing it, you can Tribute Summon it over a Tefnuit for an Xyz. This has to be drawn and costs 2 monsters from your field, something not easy to set up in one turn. In most Decks, 2 monsters from your field can become an Xyz with 2600+ ATK that doesn't have to be drawn. But it can't attack directly, I guess.

Cowboy is an Extra Deck card. If you need an attacker, you can make Gem-Knight Pearl with the same Xyz Materials. If you need the direct damage, you can make Cowboy. This you must draw into.

It's "D-Prison". Short for Dimensional Prison. If both players start out with the same number of cards, and you burn 2 to Special Summon this, who do you think will win the Spell/Trap war?

The on-Summon effect is a good idea. What can Ghostricks benefit from?
