At first, I had no idea what role this card has in Lightsworn Decks at all, but then I realized that, technically, you can mill this in the EP, Wulf it, and then mill three more cards right away (and Garoth gets to take a shot at drawing again if you've created some sort of turbo field with him + stuff). Unlike Wulf, this card is not completely dead in your hand, but being Level 5 means you have to Tribute Summon it. Compared to Celestia and Gragonith, this card's effect on the field is incredibly lackluster, but then again, it's trying to be Wulf who tacks on another three mills.

Futhermore, Level 5 is pretty awkward for Lightsworns. The only thing you can do with that Level in Lightsworns is to make a Level 8 Synchro with Minerva or Level 9s with Raiden. Wulf is nice for being a sudden Level 4 for the Deck when milled by Foolish, Chain, or maybe Raiden sometimes. If you mill it during the EP, then it's a 2100 beater that your opponent must get around in order to win, which isn't hard but it's still there. This, on the other hand, will have some sort of ATK score usually between 1600 and 2400 unless you're in the lategame and haven't won yet, not supportive in many ED plays, and just about as dead in the hand as Wulf is. The only good thing I see about this card is the whole "mill during the EP, then mill even more" thing, and design-wise that looks weird.
