Forest Fire
Lore: This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck or Graveyard. Once per turn: You can destroy 1 other DARK Fairy-Type monster you control; all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls lose ATK and DEF equal to that monster's Level/Rank x100. Banish a monster if its ATK or DEF becomes 0 by this effect. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.
Lore: This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck or Graveyard. Once per turn: You may Banish another DARK Fairy-Type non-"Darklord" monster you control; if you do, reduce the ATK and DEF of each monster your opponent controls by 1000. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activated this effect; and if a monster's ATK or DEF would become 0 by this effect: Banish it.

Lore: This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck or Graveyard.
I haven't made a card in a bit and I thought his art would work for a Darklord monster.

Dramatic Crossroad
The damage effect makes it too overpowered,.. it doesn't have any other specific summoning conditions and the cost is relatively easy to pay. Not so balanced, if you can take into consideration cards that can easily summon (Valhalla and Court of Justice) or recycle (Archlord Krystia) it, and the cards you can easily shift control over to your opponent, even without spells and traps, such as Grinder Golem (3000ATK/300DEF for a quick 3000 damage). Another thing, the darklords are sin-themed, with the last one left unused yet being Envy, the effect doesn't seem that befitting.
Forest Fire
He's envious of other monsters so he lowers their ATK and DEF until he banishes them (edited the damage out plus made the cost harder to pay by making it so you have to banish a dark fairy type outside of darklords.) EntropicMage
I would weaken the life point burn effect. It seems that you would be destroying a lot of monsters by it's effect (1000 points is a lot if it can be reused), and original ATK is significant compared to usual life reserves. Otherwise it looks pretty good. I love dark fairy types, and other strange matchups.
Forest Fire
I already stated that the burn was taken out.

thanonyx
The new version is definitely an improvement over the old one. The new one is more balanced and has the updated OCG format plus the artwork is boss.

Yemachu
This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck or Graveyard. Without using any Attribute/Type modulation cards, there are currently only 13 applicable targets for triggering this card's effect, some of which are questionable in usage. Here is a list with all those cards: Doma the Angel of Silence: A level 5 Normal with terrible stats (ATK/1600, DEF/1400); Sophia, Goddess of Rebirth: Extremely hard to get on the field consistently, except in its Germany; Dark Voltanis: Level 8 monster which works nice alongside Counter Traps; Zeta Reticulant: Each time an opposing monster is banished (while this card is in the Graveyard), an "Eva Token" is Special Summoned; The Agent of Entropy - Uranus: Level 5 monster. Can Special Summon itself from the hand while there is a "The Sanctuary in the Sky" on the field. Works well with "The Agent" monsters; Darknight Parshath: Level 5 monster. Gains ATK for DARK monsters in your Graveyard, sometimes lets you draw a card; Dark Valkerya: Level 4 Gemini monster. Once it has its effect, you can destroy 1 monster on the field (or have it gain 300 ATK); Nurse Reficule the Fallen: Level 4 monster. When your opponent would gain Life Points, they take damage instead; Vanadis of the Nordic Ascendant: Level 4 Tuner. Other Synchro Materials must be "Nordic" monsters, level is variable; Mimir of the Nordic Ascendant: Level 2 Tuner. You can Special Summon it from your Graveyard during the Standby Phase by discarding a Spell Card, you must also control a "Nordic" monster; CXyz Dark Fairy Cheer Girl: Rank 5 (3 Level 5 monsters). Draw a card upon its destruction. It can also deal effect damage if Ranked-Up; CXyz Mechquipped Angeneral: Rank 4 (3 Level 4 monsters). Change the Battle Position of a monster when Summoned. It can also deal effect damage if Ranked-Up; Ghostrick Spoiled Angel: Rank 4 (2 Level 4 monsters). Alternate Win Condition, is also capable of searching your Deck for "Ghostrick" Spell/Trap Cards. Quite a limited pool to choose from, especially if you leave out the "useless" cards. Your best option would probably be a "The Agent" Deck, with "DNA Transplant". With the effect of "The Agent of Creation - Venus", you can swarm the field with ammuntion for your card's effect. "Angel of Zera" gains ATK as more of your opponet's cards are banished, as well as returning to the field when it is banished. Futhermore this card can then be used for "Chaos" builds. I believe I have covered the cost of its effect quite in-depth, but I do have a question regarding its restrictions: Why are you unable to use "Darklord" monsters as a cost? It is not like "Darklord" monsters have beneficial effects when banished. Also, when you remove that restriction, you have access to 5~6 more monsters to activate its effect. Another point conserning the "Darklord" monsters, is that most of them involve sending cards to the Graveyard; instead of banishing. To Now for the effect that reduces the ATK and DEF of monsters on the field. How about making this effect dependent on the Level/Rank of the banished monster? This way you reward the player for giving up expensive resources, while making it less likely that they just use an easy to retrieve card over and over. This is of course better done when "Darklord" monsters are also applicable targets, as they tend to be high leveled. With all of that, I guess the effect would become somthing like: "This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck or Graveyard. Once per turn: You can destroy 1 other DARK Fairy-Type monster you control; all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls lose ATK and DEF equal to that monster's Level/Rank x100. Banish a monster if its ATK or DEF becomes 0 by this effect. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.". I hope my vision/suggestions are of some usage to you.
