Another single from a future Masked HERO set from the collaboration of Philemon and myself.

My first card that I created for the set, so please enjoy!

So many decisions on what "Change" card to take, hmmmmm. Not like we needed more things to get those "Change" cards, huh? Well the inspiration for Masked Dealings resides within the Trap "Hidden Book of Spell". However, with its limit of it being just "Change" Quick-Plays, this would make this Trap needed a bit for the recycling of said Quick-Plays. Though this also helps with a certain Quick-Play "Change" card that was posted by Philemon.

Try looking at it like this:
Mask Charge is a Spell that recovers a Mask Change card, as well as fodder for said card, in the form of any HERO.
Your card, for the most part, is competing with that.

The big difference is Masked Dealings doesn't search HERO's, which could help it in Masked Change Second deck. You can also Set it early and spring it later when it's about to be destroyed or during an End Phase where you didn't use a Change card. And on second thought the "during your turn" might have been too restricting.

Helping Masked Heros?

Target 2 "Change" Quick-Play Spell Cards in your Graveyard; add those targets to your hand. You cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck during the turn you activate and resolve this effect.

Not sure how that would help exactly, with the Change Quick plays being unable to be played after the card resolves.
