Zimerick-Art
When a powerful virus begins to sweep across the planet, nothing can be done to stop the massive impact it has on humanity and other lifeforms on Earth until a vaccine is found. From the shadows came the Impact Virus, an archetype using the Token mechanic to swarm the opponent's field, overtaking their territory to spread the torture they can create. Once a Token is on the field not much can be done to prevent the controller of these dangerous monsters from ending the Duel within a couple of turns. The idea of this archetype came to me after seeing the artwork of alexiuss from deviantART, especially their comic series Romantically Apocalyptic. I am also creating an archetype to rival this one, the Impulse Vaccine cards which also use Tokens to have a curse and a cure. I'm not sure if these are balanced or could potentially work well with any other archetypes/cards so I could use a bit of help in that regard. Let me know what you think and what I could do to make them better if they need it below. All card art is credited to alexiuss and I take no credit for it myself for such beautiful and fitting artwork. Monsters
Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can reveal 1 "Impact Virus" card in your hand; Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" (Fairy-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) to your opponent's side of the field. It cannot be used as a Fusion or Synchro Material. (You can only Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" per turn.) As long as your opponent controls a "Virus Token", any damage you take during the Damage Step from battles involving this card is applied to your opponent instead. When this card is destroyed by card effect: Add 1 "Impact Virus" card from your Deck to your hand.

(You can only Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" per turn.) While this card is face-up on your side of the field: Your opponent cannot attack with any monsters except for Tokens they control. If this monster is destroyed by card effect: Destroy all "Virus Token"s on the field and inflict 300 damage to both players for each Token destroyed by this effect.

(You can only Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" per turn.) You can Normal Summon this card without Tribute, but it's original ATK becomes 200 and it's effect is negated. Once per turn: You can destroy 1 "Virus Token" your opponent controls to make the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls 0.

(You can only Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" per turn.) If this card is destroyed by battle or by card effect: You can pay 2000 Life Points to return all cards on your opponent's field to their hand. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 "Impact Virus" monster you control to Special Summon 1 "Impact Virus" monster from your Deck; it cannot attack this turn.

(You can only Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" per turn.) Once per turn, if this card is the only monster you control: You can pay 500 Life Points to inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each face-up card they control. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except for "Impact Virus" monsters.
Boss Monster
Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can reveal 1 "Impact Virus" card in your hand; Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" (Fairy-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) to your opponent's side of the field. It cannot be used as a Fusion or Synchro Material. (You can only Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" per turn.) Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned by destroying exactly 3 "Virus Token"s on the field, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, if a Token(s) is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field: Destroy all Token(s) on the field; inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each Token destroyed by this effect.
Spells
Can only be activated while a "Virus Token" is on your opponent's side of the field. Once per turn during your opponent's Battle Phase: You can target 1 "Virus Token" your opponent controls, this turn your opponent can only attack with the targeted Token. If an "Impact Virus" monster(s) you control is attacked this turn, it gains this effect: When this card is attacked by an opponent's monster, you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.

Can only be activated while a "Virus Token" is on your opponent's side of the field. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls, pay 800 Life Points; destroy the targeted monster and Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" to your opponent's side of the field. If this card is destroyed by card effect: Add 1 "Impact Virus" Spell or Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use the effect of "Corruption for the Impact Virus" once per turn.

Can only be activated while a "Virus Token" is on your opponent's side of the field. Once per turn, during your End Phase: You can destroy 1 "Virus Token" on your opponent's field; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Impact Virus" monster from your Deck to your side of the field in face-up Defense Position. It's effects are negated during your next turn. If this face-up card is destroyed by a card effect: You can add 1 "Impact Virus" Spell or Trap card from your Deck to your hand.
Traps
Can only be activated while a "Virus Token" is on your opponent's side of the field. As long as this card is on the field, any damage your opponent would take from card effects is doubled. When this face-down card is destroyed by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Impact Virus" monster from your Deck in face-up Attack Position.

Can only be activated while a "Virus Token" is on your opponent's side of the field. When this card is activated: Target 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and equip it with this card; while this card is equipped to that monster, your opponent can only attack with the monster this card is equipped to.
Thank you for looking at my set and for reviewing them if you did. 7-ink
The archetypes summon too much monster to the opponent side too quickly. If you start the duel and have 5 monster, enough for the boss. Your monster is completely stuck with 5 weak token and all in battle position you want too. Even with 2, you can summon to your opponent side more then then can Normal Summon. So for that I believe the monster should have this instead. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can reveal 1 "Impact Virus" card in your hand; Special Summon 1 "Virus Token" (Fairy-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) to your opponent's side of the field. (You can only gain use this effect once per turn.) Corruption for the Impact Virus Now, that card is fine as hell. I always like continuous Spell/Trap that can destroy cards, but if you have 3, you can destroy 3 monster. The effect should be limil as it will kill the last group of defending monster the opponent have and replace it with a token for each one. So it should have this instead. You can only use the effect of "Corruption for the Impact Virus" once per turn. Being a spell card and being able to place a token to the opponent side with the effect of a monster in your hand. Using this this card is easy enough, and it can add another if destroyed, On another note, token can only be face-up, no need to mention face-up token on text. Go with [if your opponent control a "Virus Token"] [while a "Virus Token" is face-up on your opponent's side of the field.] it save on space. Thank you for the review, I'm working on revising the cards right now and will have them in the original post soon. As for the effect revise of the monsters, I'm not certain if they would still gain that effect with the player revealing one of them, or if you would have to Normal Summon 1 of the monsters to get that effect off. If it is the latter it seems it might make the deck a bit slow, unless you bring out a Cause & Effect to protect yourself after bringing out a Virus Token. Arctic55
This deck can be very powerful once it starts rolling, all you gotta do, is have three of every card (30 total). And 10 cards that help you burn through your deck. Unless your opponent has a quick moving, multi summoning, effect canceling deck, I think you should win every time. But, you never know until the last card is played.

It also means this deck probably couldn't stand up to many top tier decks though, especially not with the decks currently being played. Thank you for your review. Mdoraz
With the changes you made, I feel like destroying 5 tokens to summon the boss monster is too many, since some of your monsters destroy all token on the field, and each can only summon one token a turn. Your Boss monster isn't broken at all, so I'd say even 3 tokens to summon him would be reasonable. He's basically a 3k beatstick that can inflict a a little damage whenever a token is summoned. I really like the concept though, and the art is awesome.

VampireofDarkness
This archetype is really amazing and well designed. The basis of summoning tokens to your opponent's field seems really interesting, especially outside of Ojama Trio & Nightmare Archfiend OTKs. I also like how the stats of all of them are well balanced for their otherwise insane effects. The first effects on their own make for one heck of a situation, especially with Kaiser Colosseum (Which on its own would make this deck as meta as Bujins, but I'll get to that later), but the stats leave for plausible solutions not as many people would think about in this meta, such as tribute summoning (Though LADD and the Monarchs exist). Seeing as the Virus tokens are supposed to be infections, maybe make it so they can't use them as materials for monsters in their extra deck? Thinking of the current meta, Shadolls could abuse Ashes to Ashes with Super Polymerization and form Winda and the two together would practically prevent your opponent from playing Yu-Gi-Oh. As for the OCG, I find it rather confusing that you put two "Once per turn" limitations for the same effect. Is it supposed to be that you can only Special Summon 1 "Impact Virus Token" per turn? If so, you should rephrase it as such. Name wise, knowing how Konami writes their archetypes, it should be "Impact Virus - Ashes to Ashes" (See Fire Fist), but that may be just me. Looking at the main elements and seeing how this is a control deck, you have methods of slowing down decks (Restraint and Ashes to Ashes), alternate methods of damage (Desolation combined with the monsters), and a deadly boss (End of all Things). However, I don't think it would be too much to see a searcher come into play. Desolation has some form of it, but I would want to be able to destroy Desolation myself and make it go off with a card like Storm. Maybe if you wish to come up with another, it could have the reveal hand thing where maybe you reveal your hand until the end of your opponent's second turn after activating the effect as a cost? Other than that, I can't actually complain about this archetype or its functionality. It's really fresh and I would absolutely love to try it out, and I might just throw it on Duel Portal to see how it holds down. Keep it up and I look forward to this sequel

Keep it up and I look forward to this sequel Thank you for your review, I actually added this archetype to Duel Portal myself, I just need to make them all public and edit the effects. Also I took your suggestion and added a new Spell card, Calling of the Impact Virus which is a searcher/Special Summon tool. I also edited the effects a tad bit to fix the OCG. I'm currently trying to come up with effects for the archetype that counters this one, while also finding monster art for them. When I get that archetype finished I will post them immediately.
