2 Level 4 Spellcaster-Type monsters

While this card has Xyz Material, your opponent cannot target this card with effect or for attacks, and you cannot Normal or Special Summon any monsters. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field and activate 1 of these effects; - Return that target to the hand. - Send that target to the Graveyard. - Banish that target. - Shuffle that target into the Deck.

 

A while ago I made this card, and the above effect is the final version after taking reviews and suggestions. Back then, it could be rarely played because Rank 4 Spellcaster decks were scarce and the only semi-competitive deck that could take advantage of it was arguably Gravekeepers (which, as far as I know, don't like to Xyz Summon often).

But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked Shaddolls arrived:
- Granting Shaddolls access to a Rank 4 who can remove a card from the field through the mechanic of your choice, and thus bypassing immunities except for targeting, doesn't feel fair.
- I intentionally allowed this card to let you Set monsters so you could still place them on the board, albeit face-down, and further defend yourself while this card's first effect was active. Coincidentally, Shaddolls as Flip Monsters are affected less by this restriction than other Spellcaster archetype/decks.

 

So I would like to know if this card deserves a nerf or two, or if it can actually get away with it since Shaddolls don't exactly spam Rank 4s.
