Red Queen and White Magician

I want to know if these cards are balanced (Effects ATK/DEF) I appreciate every advice that can help me become better. :)

 

 

 

1 "Light" Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monsters.

When this card is summoned, your opponent can´t start the Battle Phase during his turn.

 

AND

 

 

1 "Fire"-Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tunermonsters.

Once per Turn you can choose one monster except this card and the monster gains 500 ATK but you have to pay 600 Life Points.

1st thing that pops into my mind is - this should be in the Multiple Cards section. 

 

And so on, there are things that are rather odd with the cards

ATK/DEF-wise White Magician is OK.But usually Synchro Summon occurs during your own turn, so blocking your opponent's Battle Phase is not that helpful until the 2nd or any other time you Summon the card, for which you will need other card effects (ex.:Call of the Haunted). 

 

About the card text, when you write "Light" this way, it references a part of the card's name (ex."The Light Ruler"), if you want to refer to an attribute, you have to make it all caps without quot. marks - LIGHT.

The text should be edited to something like this

 

1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Summoned; your opponent cannot conduct their next Battle Phase. 

 

 

Red Queen is a bit too powerful (high ATK) for a Level 5 synchro with easy to meet summoning requirements. If you want to keep the effect though it should change to something like this: 

 

1 FIRE Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn: you can target 1 face-up monster (except this card) and pay 600 Life Points; the target gains 500 ATK. 

 

 

The new concept to card effect lores is this: 

 

Requirements/conditions/triggers :  cost ; effect(s) .
