Herald of Blue Light

[Dramatic Crossroad]

Here it is, i've had a bit of trouble making the art look at least a bit plausable, and the effect seems generic and maybe overpowered, so i'm open to CnC and helpful advice to make this card "more realistic".

 

 

 

If this card is sent from the field or your hand to the Graveyard: You can add 1 Ritual Monster/Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. If you Ritual Summon a “Herald” Ritual Monster, this 1 card can be used as the entire Tribute. You can only use 1 “Herald of Blue Light” effect per turn, and only once that turn.

 

 

It's made so that it would work with Green/Purple/Orange to counter the -1 by getting a card in return. Also added effect limitation so it would not trigger if it's used for a tribute by its own effect.

Yeah the entire tribute thing is a bit much considering they have two Herald Rituals now, among other things.

I'm not entirely sure what to do instead of it but it seems like a bit much as is. The first effect and limitation are nice though.
