Fire Fist Moralltach
Chrysalis Arrival Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 "Chrysalis" monster from your hand or Deck. During each End Phase, you can send 1 face-up "Chrysalis" monster you control to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Neo-Specian" that is written on that monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. Trebuchet MS
The problem with Chrysalis monsters is that they're weak monsters designed to fish out their marginally stronger Neo-Spacian counterparts. No amount of support can change the fact that you're dedicating support to weaklings without addressing their staying power problems.

Yeah it is true that they are weak, but with this card you can SS Neo-Spacian during each turn. It is not so bad. For example: You can use 1 Chrysalis Mole per turn to Summon Grand Mole. Trebuchet MS
Unless you intended a "during either player's turn" on the Chrysalis-Summoning effect, I see it as an Ignition effect - one that you can only activate during your Main Phase. The "each End Phase" bit is almost redundant - unless you're putting in effort to keep the Chrysalis monsters on the field instead of bigger things worth the investment, your opponent is unlikely to let those Chrysalis monsters survive. There's a reason why even the most dedicated Neo Space Decks shun the Chrysalis monsters, outside of highlanders.

So should I change the Summoning to either player turn to make it better? or should I add something to keep them surive opponent turn. And the reason is that they are worthless, but they would be better with this card. (I think)
