(Flip Effects are not activated.) At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked a monster: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK (your choice, if tied); this card can attack once again in a row, on that monster. Say hello to the worst Rank 5, and one of the worst Xyzs, in the entire game. They didn't even bother to try and fix his Level restrictions for the World Duel Carnival, but just gave him the first effect. Discuss, since the U.A. (Ultra Athletes) are Level 5s.
