after 3-5 minute posting a almost unusable card ( http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/321319-shadow-game-to-beat-the-diabetic-playernot-a-best-joke-ever/ ) suddenly get a inspiration...ashamed for a while...

 

now for the card:

 

 

This card is unaffected by any card effect other than Trap card. You can only equip this card to monster with the Highest ATK (if its a tie, you must equip it to monster with the Highest Level/Rank among those cards). During the End phase of the turn this card is equipped, Sent the equipped monster to graveyard. And if you do equip this card to another monster. if this card is sent to graveyard, Destroy 1 monster you control.

As per usual, substandard grammar. Let's clean this up.

During the End Phase: Target the monster with the highest ATK on the field, except the equipped monster; of the turn this card is equipped, send the equipped monster to Graveyard, and if you do, equip this card to that target another monster. If this card is sent to Graveyard: Destroy 1 monster you control.

A little messy here. I understand you want the equipped monster to be struck down by lightning, with the next tallest monster then being marked for death. But because the equipped monster getting struck down results in this card being destroyed by game mechanics, which would set off the drawback at the end of the card's text, the card might end up being counter-productive unless the drawback is worded better.

 

The way I've arranged this still doesn't exactly circumvent the drawback at the end (especially since it's ridiculously easy to trigger - mill, discard, whatever), so I'd advise you change/clarify how the drawback can trigger.
