lost my reply but basically I said I don't think also being a level 8 and having 2600 ATK on summon would work. Here's what I think would improve it (also more like Hyperion):

While "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field, you can activate this effect up to twice per turn.

Think I will take your effect, except that it will gains 100 ATK for each banished fairy, also I prefer that her level stays 8, so it will make R8 summoning easier

just gonna say this: Hyperion did not every, throughout all of mythology have an other half, unless you're taking about his sister/wife Theia, who was not a goddess of ice. She was, and I quote, the Titan of "sight and the shining light of heaven". Now then the card itself is ok, but since all The Agent card's are Fairy type, this card will basically instantly come in with 2600 ATK. the effect negation fits the ice theme of the picture and is pretty ok since it can only happen once a turn. over all, it's a pretty nice card and i actually have a deck it would fit nicely in. (a deck to basically shut down every move your opponent makes)

Looking at your Hyperion card it is actually a fair representation of Hyperion as a Titan... just sayin' and this does well as an Ice counter part of the card. Nice work for not doing research... >^.^<
