During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; monsters cannot be Special Summoned in Attack Position until the End Phase.

 

I could see this being combined with Tour Guide of the Underworld.  The card art is not mine.  I also changed the name from 'Skull Fiend' to 'Bone Fiend'.

You took someone elses card and posted it without giving credit? 

 

Would be an instant Sangan replacement, it doesn't stop your opponent from playing their turn but it does stop OTKs and cards that specify SS in ATK. Tour Guide into Zenmaines and sit on it with this guy as a material will have all the YCM bros crying, that's the only thing I can see wrong with it.

I didn't steal someone else's card!  I just found the art on the internet and made a card based on the art.  I don't believe you meant anything offensive, but please don't accuse me of theft, especially without evidence.

No I don't have evidence, but mods could check your pre-edited post. You edited your post 8/17 at 10:30pm after I posted at 5:27pm, it originally read "The card is not mine." 

 

Many cards are changing "until the End Phase." to "until the end of the turn." in order to help disputes and further simplify everything, so might want to change that.

 

Also where did you get the card ART from? I would like to see the original it is very nice looking.

I got the card somewhere in DeviantART.  I don't remember who made it though, so it's difficult to give credit.  Then again, I'm pretty sure the person that used this art got it from somewhere else on the internet, so it wasn't made by that person either.

This card is not really all that useful in my opinion. Most Special Summoning effects nowadays allow you to Special Summon your monsters in either Battle Position. You can chain it to some effects that Special Summon a monster specifically in Attack Position (0 ATK "Yang Zing" monsters and "Call of the Haunted"), to have your opponent waste those effects; but otherwise is not must more than a minor disruption (similar to, but less reliable than "Electromagnetic Turtle"). If you want to have your opponent summon their Extra Deck monsters in Defense Position, you must activate this card's effect prior to the summoning; as it would otherwise be to late for that monster (the monster is already on the field when you chain it). In this case your opponent knows he/she cannot Special Summon in Attack Position and work around it. Cards which I think can benefit from this card's effect, primarily include anti-Defense cards like "Drillroid", "Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke", "Red Dragon Archfiend" and "Photon Papilloperative". 

 

It not so that all cards need to be extreme powerhouses, but this card can (with some slight alterations) be more useful. Since it won't stop your opponent's first Synchro/Xyz/Pendulum Summoned monster(s) from being in Attack Position, without removing this card prior to knowing what or whehter your opponent will Special Summon, you can add an effect which also switches all monsters that were Special Summoned this turn to Defense Position. Another option would be to reduce its DEF to 0 and increase its level by 1. This way "Secret Sect Druid Dru" and "Masked Chameleon" can revive it, so you can either Special Summon a Rank 4 Xyz Monster("Photon Papillpperative") or a Level 8 Synchro Monster ("Red Dragon Archfiend"). The same goes for "Summoner Monk", but only from the Deck. You might alos consider making it a Tuner; but this might break it, as it gives you easy access to the likes of "Beelze of the Diabolic Dragons". However even with these changes it does not really stop swarming, it becomes somewhat of a utility card that stops One Turn Kills.

 

As for the art-source, I think I might have found it: "Original", without background and a card with the same background. I however am not entirely sure whether these are the original artworks, but you can almost never be.

 

I hope you have some usage for my vision/suggestion.to you.

Well, there they are!  Those must be the original art sources!  Thanks!  The card itself wasn't intended to stop summons because we've already got "Vanity's Emptiness" for that anyway.  It mostly just stops OTKs and can be used with Tour Guide, Lightsworn, and so on.
