Cosmic Queen of the Yang Zing

EFFECT:

 

When a "Yang Zing" monster is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard: Shuffle the monster back to the deck and Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn if a "Yang Zing" monster attacks or is attacked: Shuffle it into the deck and Special Summon 1 "Yang Zing" monster from your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed; Banish this card.

Ummm...Good card,but I have some problems with the last effect

 

"Once per turn if a "Yang Zing" monster attacks is attacked,negate the attack.And if you do,banish this card."

I added some minor edits.Because,if a Yang Zing monster attacks,you shuffle the card,and summon another one,so double attacks for you.So I reccommend the minor edits I made to make this card better and more balanced (IMO).

 

Feel free to correct any balancing mistakes I made.

There is a slight problem with the artwork:

Yeah, it is from an official card.

 

That aside, I don't know Yang Zings that well to say if this card would be overpowered or not. At first glance it looks fine: A beater that it's easy to drop, and makes 2-card Baxias with the Level 1 Tuner. The second effect basically reverses the mechanics of Yang Zings (summon from the grave and go to the deck, instead of going to the grave and summoning from the deck), which I guess is good for preserving resources.

 

Also, the flavor is off because Yang Zings were created/summoned by Constellar Sombre, so it would be weird for them to suddenly have a queen.
