Atypical-Abbie
Welcome the the department of redundancy department. Anyway, I am have never been a fan of Heavy Storm, and while the alternatives kind of, well, suck, they are still decent enough if you really feel that it's needed. Now for this, well this is a very easy way to use it. Considering that you'll use it during your opponent's turn mostly, they might have things Set that will then be destroyed, or you can use it during your turn and then you'll end up with a clear field that you can place your Spell/Traps on. Am I a fan of the design? Hm, no, Torrential Tribute is too easy to use, and so is this. While it takes more time to actually get set up, it's mostly gonna do the same thing. It won't lead to as many OTKs, sure, but I still think it should have some other forms of restriction on it, maybe a cost will make it more fair. Dramatic Crossroad
I agree with ZaziumaHere. Really don't think there'sa need of such card, if you know, there is already Malevolent Catastrophe to have in mind, which has a bit more reasonable activation requirement for the same costless effect. The name sounds sketchy, like there wasn't any effort put to differentiate this card from its conceptual counterpart, if card makers were following the same pattern we would have had Dark Hole and Dark Vortex or maybe Heavy Storm and Heavy Earthquake... which isn't all that inspiring.
