When this card is Normal Summoned; Special Summon 1 "Skull Fish" from your Deck. When this card is Special Summoned; reveal 1 card from your opponents hand, and if it is Monster Card; You can Special Summon 1 "Skull Fish" from your hand or Graveyard.

Young Lady please expand on what you said before sakura gets here...

Anyway moving onto the card.

Its so UP atm its unbelievable. So let me get this right, you have to Control ALL water monsters and discard just for 2 puny fish that'll die during your opponents next turn and you cant even xyz the turn this tour guide eff happens? theres no rank 3 xyz worthy of all those summoning restrictions.

I suggest just making it like a tour guide effect, you have to control all water monsters still but no discarding and you can xyz the turn you summon it but you cant synchro the turn you activate it.

this way it would see alot more play.

If you were trying to aid atlanteans with this card just add an extra effect onto it that helps them instead ^^

You cannot just say I like your card, you need to give some explanations why you think this card is good or bad. Also you give some advice to help card makers improve their cards.

....oh...that does suck that i cant just compliment your card. o.O'  um i don't know what to say since i don't know what advise to give to better your own creation. (im not a card professional..)

Um..well i think its good cause..um..Its good that your able to bring in more skull fish. cause if 1 is hit then it dies o.o   its good to have back up.

It seems simple and interesting at the same time. Not sure what the effect was before but judging from the above post it was way different. Which is okay, just bringing up the point. It could easily swarm the field for Xyz summons or even a game ending push (if you're able to get all 3 out that's almost half starting LP). Not sure how I really feel about the later part of that. Maybe make it SS in Defense, but we can see what others think. Also some ocg fixes -
