Darj Posted September 5, 2014 Report Share Posted September 5, 2014 The Necloth of Locomotion Attribute: WATER Type: Warrior/Ritual/Effect Level: 9 ATK: 2500 DEF: 2000 You can Ritual Summon this card with any "Necloth" Ritual Spell Card. Must be Ritual Summoned by using non-Level 9 monsters, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When a "Necloth" monster you control is targeted for an attack: You can discard this card, then target the attacking monster; negate the attack, and if you do, take control of that target until the end of your Main Phase 1. When this card is Ritual Summoned: Take control of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck.
