Forest Fire
Pendulum Lore: If you control a Pendulum Summoned monster(s) when this card would be destroyed: You can target 1 of those monsters; Equip this card to that target. A monster equipped with this card by its effect gains 1000 ATK, but its effects are Negated. Monster Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 1 Normal Summoned Fairy-Type monster you control. You cannot Summon other monsters during the turn you Special Summon this card by its effects. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can equip this card to the monster that destroyed it. If this card is equipped to a monster by this effect, that monster loses 1000 ATK, also its effects are negated.
Nightmare Stomper
Uh what? you'll have to clarify. So the card equips itself to a monster Pendulum Summoned whne destroyed? And that summoning condition is ridiculous. Pick one :P Maybe 200 more ATK? it's a bit weak as an attacker but that's fine if you want it 2000/1000 - it's as you wish. here's my advised procedure for this interesting card. Forest Fire
your fix makes this more op in the monster lore. it limits the equipped monster to one effect per turn. making it complete negation is not ok. also, why is negated capitalized? it's never capitalized in ocg.... but thanks for the other fixes. Nightmare Stomper
it limits the equipped monster to one effect per turn. No card does that :P
Spinny
Its a weird effect to limit it too one effect per turn since no offense its a BAD design, these days alot of cards say that they can only activate one effect per turn anyway? Just make the effect completely negated, this is a balanced idea since you need to put a pendulum effect restriction on it anyway because of its really low?convenient scale. Most things with low scales and a fairly alright effect have some kind of drawback in some other way... this has its own summoning system and back-up effect to-boot??? I like the idea but you need to remember that u need to make sure BOTH effects are balanced.
